If you are new to our community or haven't been to our current location, we'd love for you to schedule a tour or an exploration call so that we can get to know you, answer questions, hear about your interests, and make recommendations for starting your practice.

It will give you unlimited access to our full schedule of classes for your first 30 days so you can try every style we offer, each teacher, and different times of the day and week. It will begin on the date of purchase unless you select a later starting date.

WONDERING WHICH CLASSES ARE RIGHT FOR YOU?

While beginners are welcome in all classes, here are a few descriptions to aid in choosing your first class.

Gentle, Restorative, and Yin are slower paced classes that heavily utilize props to adapt the practice to your body. These classes will be primarily floor-based with minimal standing postures.

Hatha and Vinyasa are more active classes designed to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. All of our instructors are trained to teach every class to all levels, provide accessible instruction, utilize a myriad of props, and offer variations and modifications of postures throughout the practice.

Kundalini is an energetically-focused class that incorporates breath work, chanting, and sustained movement to reach altered states of consciousness.

​

Yoga Strength is our most active, strenuous class and may utilize hand-weights.

​

All of our classes are offered in-studio and via Zoom.
