ORIENTATION

This first meeting is a gentle beginning.

Together in a 75-min session, we name the questions you’re carrying, map your inner journey, and explore what’s presently unfolding. From there, we orient toward your soul's path with the practices that feel most nourishing and aligned.

RHYTHM

Continue the work with a 6-session commitment, 12-session commitment, or ongoing monthly guidance with weekly check-ins. All sessions are 60 minutes and available in person or via Zoom.

Each rhythm creates space for steady connection and gentle unfolding, leaving room for integration along the way.

Spiritual Companionship is a supportive, contemplative offering grounded in yoga practice and nervous system regulation. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace clinical mental health care. If you are currently in crisis or need clinical support, we’ll help you find the right resources.

TESTIMONIALS

The Yoga Soul Study Immersion was a safe space to learn what yoga is, what it has been, and what it could be to me in my daily life. It was also a place for me to do some soul healing after what I’d been through and learn how to make myself whole. If I couldn’t run away to a convent or a retreat, this was the next best thing. I feel better equipped to face what life throws my way because of the tools Kelli has helped me add to my toolbox. It was transformational and deeply grounding.
