Supportive Rectangular Cotton Yoga Bolster

These bolsters feature a dense synthetic/cotton batting stuffed into a removable and washable cotton cover. Batting can be removed or added so you can find just the right kind of comfort for your body.
 
Bolsters are great for restorative yoga & yin yoga, meditation, and help you take your savasana to the next level.  Each of our rectangular yoga bolsters is 2 feet long, one foot wide, and a half foot deep!  You can remove excess batting through the zippered opening if you prefer a softer yoga pillow.
