Service Description
Whether you're offering hands-on bodywork or holistic wellness modalities, our treatment rooms offer a calm, professional setting for deep, meaningful client care with access to shared amenities and a welcoming community atmosphere. Furnished Treatment Room One – 120 sq ft Ideal for massage, bodywork, and other table-based services, this room is furnished with a massage table, table warmer, bolster, pillow, white noise machine, rolling stool, dimmable overhead, cozy lamp light, small shelf, and a place to store your tools. The ambiance is inviting and perfect for body-centered sessions. Furnished Treatment Room Two – 90 sq ft Best suited for energy healing, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, hypnosis, acupuncture, holistic consultations, and more. This softly lit space includes a treatment table, pillow, adjustable lights, floor lamp, white noise machine, storage cabinet, small altar table, and simple décor. Its minimalist design creates a tranquil container for intuitive and presence-based practices. Both rooms are located within our third-floor wellness collective, with access to a shared waiting area, kitchenette, and restrooms. Please remember: Rental time must include setup and cleanup, and rooms must be returned to their original condition after use. There is a laundry facility on site, which can be utilized for additional cost. Laundry available on a first come, first-serve basis. Additional fees may apply for overtime or improper use. Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: -Rentals under $50 Full payment is due at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. -Rentals over $50 A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. A payment link will be sent upon approval of your rental request, and deposit must be paid within 48 hours. The remaining balance is due on the day of the rental and may be paid online, or at the front desk at Wildlight. -Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental. -Where to Send Requests Requests must be sent by email to hello@wildlightyoga.com or by text to 773-729-6063. Requests received after the 48-hour window are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. -One-Time Reschedule Limit Each rental may be rescheduled only once. Subsequent changes require a new booking and payment. -Deposits Are Non-Refundable All deposits, including those applied toward rentals over $50, are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. -If Wildlight Yoga must cancel or reschedule a rental, renter will be offered either a full refund or a full credit. Additional Terms: -Rental is limited to reserved space plus common areas (kitchenette, 3rd floor hallway & restrooms). -Access to other areas is not included unless arranged. -No Shoes allowed in yoga or meditation studios. -No Furniture (i.e. chairs, stools, or tables, etc) allowed in the Meditation Studio. -Setup/cleanup must be within the scheduled rental window. Extra time may incur additional fees. -Be prepared to adjust sound levels or activity if requested to maintain a respectful communal atmosphere. -Any damages or facility issues must be reported to Wildlight within 24 hours. -Yoga props and other materials must be returned in the condition and arrangement in which they were found. -Surfaces must be protected from ash, wax, soot, glue, paint, or any material that may cause damage or staining. -Renters are liable for any damages caused during their rental. -If studio staff are not present, renters are responsible for: Turning off all lights, fans, space heaters and other electrical items Safely extinguishing and removing all burnable materials Disposing of waste and personal items Ensuring the facility is secured upon exit -Wildlight Yoga makes no guarantees regarding attendance or event outcomes. -An emergency contact name and phone number must be provided to the Studio Coordinator.
