The Akashic Records are the energetic archive of every soul's complete journey: a vast, intelligent field that holds the story of who you are, where you have been, and where you are moving toward. Ancient traditions across cultures have named and accessed this field by different names. At Wildlight, we approach it with reverence, curiosity, and deep respect for the wisdom it carries. Every soul has a story. The Akashic Records hold yours — across past lives, present patterns, and what is still unfolding. A session begins with a brief energetic assessment and time to name the questions you are holding. There is no wrong question. Some clients arrive with clarity about what they want to explore in relationships, career, family, life purpose. Others arrive simply knowing something is ready to shift. Both are welcome. Your practitioner then enters a contemplative, meditative state to access the Records, drawing on wisdom from guides, teachers, and loved ones to offer insight and clarity around karmic influences, past life patterns, soul gifts, relational dynamics, and soul purpose. What emerges is uniquely yours. Some clients receive clear and specific guidance. Others experience a quieter recognition or a knowing that settles rather than announces itself. Most leave feeling seen, clarified, and more connected to the thread of their own story. Sessions are 60 minutes and held in person at Wildlight Yoga & Healing Arts in Chicago's Portage Park neighborhood. How to prepare: arrive with your questions written down if possible as naming what you are holding helps you arrive more fully present. Come hydrated and give yourself a space of gentleness afterward. What surfaces in a session often continues to unfold in the hours and days that follow.
