About the event
Bring the whimsy of the tarot to the yoga mat! We will start with a brief overview of the foundations and structure of the tarot. This will include a conversation about ways in which the tarot can be integrated into meditation, yoga, and journaling practices. We will then transition into an all-levels, playful asana practice inspired by the tarot. No prior tarot knowledge or experience required!
