About the event

Do some yoga & help out some dogs!

The class will combine a mindful flow of yoga postures with cues for breath and body awareness, suitable for beginners and beyond. Reiki (energy healing) will also be offered (optional).

One Tail at a Time ("OTAT") is an animal rescue committed to lowering euthanasia rates in the greater Chicagoland area and assisting other communities in need. OTAT focuses on rescuing dogs and young kittens from overburdened shelters, caring for them in foster homes, and finding each one a loving, adoptive home. In addition to pet adoption, One Tail at a Time aims to make pet ownership a positive and accessible experience by providing comprehensive support to its adopters and through outreach programs to assist Chicago families in need."

Covid has made it really difficult for animal shelters to fundraise. Cassie is donating her time & fundraising for OTAT's fundraiser Sit for Shelter Pets.
