About the event
As with yoga, essential oils have been utilized for thousands of years to heal cleanse and balance the body mind and emotions. By using essential oils in your yoga practice you can enhance the potential to achieve:
- refined focus and mental clarity
- deepened mental and emotional grounding
- strengthened body-mind connection
- increased stamina
- reduced muscle and joint pain as well as tension
In this monthly gathering, Jen Frazier will offer a unique themed yoga class to teach you the properties and benefits of the oils and how to incorporate them in your yoga practice and in your everyday life. Oils will be used in diffusion, aromatically, and topically. Participants will always have the option to use any and all oils at their discretion.
Balance body mind and spirit and return to wholeness. Release relax and restore in this gentle hatha and restorative practice.

About your Instructor:
Influenced by her teachers and peers, Jen Frazier (she/her) aims to bring a sincere love for yoga to every class she teaches. Through intention, meditation, asana and pranayama, she safely guides students through creative sequences to find joy, clarity, self discovery and wellness. Jen shares mindfulness practices that implement a sense of connection and wonder to the natural world. Also encouraging others with compassion to expand inner awareness, and trust their intuition. She received a 200 hr yoga certification in 2016.
