Valentine's Day Yoga & Soap Making

The private event starts with a gentle yoga practice led by Cassie Zehren, that encourages feelings of compassion and well-being for oneself and for others. Class will include poses that open the heart and lift the spirits and some partner poses as well. Class will close with a guided meditation practice and optional Reiki, expanding capacity to love themselves and others. Post yoga snacks will be provided.

Then pairs will head over to Distinct Bath & Body (just across the street) for the soap making portion, led by Sam Davis. This private will consist of a hands on intro to soap making. Each pair will take home a bar of soap. All ingredients are natural and locally sourced, with plant-based ingredients and oils.

1. Private Yoga session starting at 11:45-12:45p & Private Soap Making from 1:00-1:30p

2. Private Yoga session starting at 1:00-2:00p & Private Soap Making from 2:15-2:45p

3. Private Yoga session starting at 2:15-3:15p & Private Soap Making from 3:30-4:00p

4. Private Yoga session starting at 3:30-4:30p & Private Soap Making from 4:45-5:15p

After Soap Making, pairs may stop by Gracie O Malley's (Six Corners) to receive 10% OFF their order!

• Ticket price includes a 60min private yoga class for two & 30min private soap making class

• A signed waiver and proof of vaccination, in accordance with City of Chicago mandate, is required for participation in any program offered by Wildlight Yoga LLC.
