Our journey begins with thoughtful preparation—grounding into our bodies, establishing safety, and softening into stillness before we activate the breath.Afterward, we allow space to integrate, to land gently, and to nourish ourselves through conversation, reflection, and community care—lingering in togetherness until we feel complete.
