Stories and Sages: Yoga Asana Mythology

Ever wondered how some of our yoga asanas get their names? For example, what's the story behind Ardha Matsyendrasana - "half lord of the fishes"?! Learn all about the history, sages, and stories behind asana names with Tristan! This workshop will include some optional movement as we try on the postures. Tristan will take us on a deep-dive through yoga history and etymology. Students are welcomed to bring a journal for notes, or simply listen and enjoy!
