Spring Equinox Yoga + Vision Boards

The calendar New Year can feel like a challenging time to set new goals + intentions, as we're still in the thick of winter. March 20th marks the beginning of the Astrological New Year and Spring Equinox, and for many, this feels like a much more energetically aligned time to invite in newness!

Join us for an inspiring yoga flow, followed by plenty of time to create a vision board to visualize + manifest your goals for the year ahead! We will supply poster boards, magazines, scissors, and glue; but feel free to bring your own images or materials if there's something specific you'd like to add to your board!
