Reiki is the Japanese art of energy healing that works to heal physical, mental & emotional symptoms. It is also a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing from within.

The Reiki attunement process is how one becomes a Reiki Practitioner. This level is open to anyone and there are no prerequisites. Being attuned to Reiki gives one the ability to access the Reiki (Universal Life Force) energy, for the purpose of healing themselves or a situation. Attunements can be given only by a Reiki Master/Teacher and can be given for either the purpose of training one in Reiki, or for simply giving someone a larger experience of Reiki than usually experienced in treatments.

Students will learn:

• Reiki philosophy: Understand What Reiki energy is and how it works
• The history of Reiki and introduction to Mikao Usui
• The 5 principles of Reiki
• The different Reiki hand positions
• Understanding and balancing the 7 chakras
• Reiki self-healing
• Reiki session guidelines
• Energetic Shielding techniques
• Level 1 attunement

Attendees will also start a 21 day energetic cleanse that moves through your chakras cleansing and releasing bound energy (including stuck emotions and behavioral patterns). At this level Reiki is only a self-care tool.

About your teacher: Cassie (she/her), Loving Energy Healing, is a Usui & Karuna Ki Reiki Master/Teacher, Yoga Teacher and Meditation/Mindfulness teacher. She has been practicing and sharing Reiki since 2017. Reiki found her and it has transformed the way she looks at and relates to all beings on this planet; with complete compassion, loving kindness and empathy. Cassie's passion and mission in life is now to share Reiki to educate, encourage & empower the heart, mind, spirit and body of every person she has the pleasure to work with.

Cassie weaves Reiki into her yoga and meditation classes, personal healing sessions with humans & animals and offers Reiki attunements to those interested in also sharing this healing gift.
