Permission to Flow is a trauma-informed movement experience blending breathwork, gentle kriyas, intuitive dance, and sacred sensual practices. Every class is beginner-accessible and designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through breath, choice, and embodied flow.
Monday, July 28 | 7:00–8:00 PM– Immunity & Clarity Reset
Begins with a grounding Kava practice, followed by Immunity Kriya and Kirtan Kriya—supporting clarity, calm, and energy regulation.
$30 per class
Optional Leilo Kava: $5
