Permission to Flow: Healing House Dance Flow

Permission to Flow is a trauma-informed movement experience blending breathwork, gentle kriyas, intuitive dance, and sacred sensual practices. Every class is beginner-accessible and designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through breath, choice, and embodied flow.

Begins with a grounding Kava practice, followed by intuitive blend of mantra, spinal movement, and healing house music, ending with a guided meditation.
