Intro to Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness. It is a science of the mind and body, to elevate the spirit while providing clarity and peace. The ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga can deepen your inner guidance, balance your energy and increase your vitality.

In this workshop we will explore the tenants of Kundalini Yoga through: breath work, kriya, gong deep relaxation, meditation and mantra.

You will develop deeper breath and body awareness along with meditation to deliver an experience of your highest consciousness. All levels welcome!

About your Instructor:

Jana Scalzitti (she/her) has been a Kundalini Yoga Instructor since 2007. She is a Reiki Master, Sound Therapist Akashic Records Practitioner, Manifestation Coach and Life Activator. She has lead yoga classes, sound healings and Manifestation workshops in both Chicago and LA for over 10 years. Jana has straddled both worlds of Corporate America and higher consciousness. She has first-hand knowledge and understands the pressures and demands of life and can deliver the tools to navigate these energies effectively and efficiently. Jana hosts a safe and calm space for individuals to reach their highest potential.
