Intro to Chakras + Auras Workshop

Explore alignment, manifestation, and your personal source of power through a guided exploration of the chakra system.

Curious to explore the inner workings of the energy body? Have you ever wondered about the reciprocal relationship between the chakra system and the mental and physical body? The chakras can give us insight into where our greatest source of personal power lies, as well as areas where we may be blocked or depleted. We will start this 90-minute workshop with an introduction about chakras and aura, followed by a guided meditation. The meditation will take us through the chakra system, from root to crown, to promote alignment and inspire confidence that everything you need is already inside of you!
