Do you struggle with maintaining or starting a meditation practice?

Do you want to explore new ways to meditate and deepen your practice?

Do you want to slow down and learn to deal with your daily stress?

Do you want to know yourself more authentically, feel greater spaciousness and self-awareness, feel more real and alive?

Attend this in-depth workshop with Yoga, Reiki & Mindfulness/Meditation teacher, Cassie Zehren (she/her), will share the differences between mindfulness & meditation, meditation tips and benefits, how to overcome challenges that may arise, and answer students questions on starting thier own consistent practice.

Students will experience a guided meditation, introduction to the Koshas, meditation postures, mantra, mudras, and leaving the workshop feeling empowered to answer the call within that wants to embrace this practice.
