Happy Hour Yoga at Lake Effect Brewing

Roll out your mat, raise a glass, and flow with Wildlight! Join us for a one-hour, all-levels Hatha yoga class in Lake Effect Brewing's beautiful brand new beer garden in Avondale. We’ll move through a fun, energizing sequence designed to release tension and get you feeling good whether you’re winding down from the workday or kicking off your weekend.

After class, enjoy a complimentary 3-taster flight and connect with fellow yogis & beer enthusiasts. It’s the perfect mix of movement, relaxation, and community in celebration of Lake Effect's new space.The class will be held outdoors on a covered private patio. Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and layers. In case of inclement weather, the class will move indoors. Refunds are only offered in the event of cancellation.
