Full Moon Yoga + Ritual

Full Moon Yoga + Ritual is a sacred gathering meeting monthly to release, manifest, and commune with the cycles of the moon.

This May, we meet under the rare and expansive energy of the Blue Moon in Sagittarius: a moon of truth, liberation, and higher vision. Sagittarius invites us to zoom out, to reconnect with meaning, and to release the stories, attachments, and beliefs that keep us playing small.

This circle will center around fire as transmutation and Yoga Nidra to anchor in our intentions.

We’ll begin by grounding into the breath and learning the energetic significance of the moon cycle, then we’ll call in sacred support through goddess invocation, before moving into a guided burn ritual. Participants wil be guided through a bit of somatic movement and chanting to open the throat and heart—aligning with Sagittarius’ truth-telling energy.
