Community Reiki

Reiki is the Japanese art of Energy Healing that works to heal physical, mental, & emotional symptoms. Reiki supports healing around chronic illnesses such as cancer, emotional traumas including abuse and loss, mental blocks regarding patterned fears, depression, stress and anxiety, and spiritual development like enhancing intuitive and psychic abilities.

The mission is to empower others in their journey as they seek balance and healing in their daily lives. The offerings will be different each month and may include an Intro to Reiki, breathing exercises, meditations, visualizations, hands-on or hands off healing, exploring the Reiki Ideals, intention setting, more! It is for those brand new to Reiki and an opportunity to relax and soften into a meditative space.

Your Teacher:

Cassie (she/her), Loving Energy Healing, is a Usui & Karuna Ki Reiki Master/Teacher, Yoga Teacher and Meditation/Mindfulness teacher. She has been practicing and sharing Reiki since 2017. Reiki found her and it has transformed the way she looks at and relates to all beings on this planet; with complete compassion, loving kindness and empathy. Cassie's passion and mission in life is now to share Reiki to educate, encourage & empower the heart, mind, spirit and body of every person she has the pleasure to work with. Cassie weaves Reiki into her yoga and meditation classes, personal healing sessions with humans & animals and offers Reiki attunements to those interested in also sharing this healing gift.
