Community Acupuncture

Wildlight is excited to be launching our first Healing Practitioner Pop-Up Event in February!  These quarterly events will allow us to introduce different healing professionals & modalities to our community, creating even more opportunities for adventure and exploration of holistic healing and its transformative potential.

Join us for our first Community Acupuncture Clinic, and enjoy affordable access to acupuncture with a relaxing auricular (ear) acupuncture session. Auricular acupuncture offers several healing benefits by stimulating specific points on the ear, helping to provide stress and pain management in a gentle manner.

Acupuncture is an ancient East Asian technique of inserting fine needles into the body, in order to help to improve normal physiology and treat ailments. The needles encourage blood + lymph flow, activate the immune system, and regulate the central nervous system. Acupuncture treatments are customized to address the unique conditions of the individual.  

At this event, individuals will be treated alongside others in a comfortable communal setting, limited to 8 participants per session. Each person will remain fully clothed with shoes off.

In China, acupuncture is most commonly received in a communal setting, making it more affordable, thus allowing for greater frequency of treatment.  Acupuncture is effective in treating a number of disorders. Participants are guaranteed 20 minutes of needle application.

-Community acupuncture is effective for pain, headaches, anxiety, seasonal allergies, digestive issues, insomnia and much more.

-It is often used as follow-up or maintenance after private acupuncture sessions or on its own as a more cost-effective treatment option.
