Beach Yoga + Clean Up Event

Did know that 22 MILLION pounds of plastic is dumped into the Great Lakes and 11 million pounds alone is dumped into Lake Michigan each year? Did you also know this precious resource harbors 20% of the planet's fresh water supply? 

In observance of Earth Day and in a spirit of gratitude, join Wildlight Yoga in a seva project (selfless service) to clean the beaches of Lake Michigan following a beach yoga class led by Kelli Wefenstette.

Yoga will begin at 11a by "The Dock" on Montrose Beach. After our practice, cleanup will run for approximately two hours followed by a brief closing meditation. 

There is no cost to participate and all attendees who complete cleanup will receive a code to redeem for a free class at Wildlight Yoga.

In the event of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled. There is no rain date at this time.
