A Restoration Practice: Sound Healing + Reiki

Join us the day after Thanksgiving to relax, unwind and settle in for an immersive experience of sound + healing to replenish, rejuvenate and counteract the frenzy of the holiday season that can often swirl around us. 

This beautiful workshop will be a 90 minute restorative practice that includes gentle yoga movements led by Becky, vibrational sound healing led by Jana and optional reiki energy healing administered by Olga. All three modalities are here to let your mind and body find acceptance and surrender. We can all feel a little overwhelmed with the outside world this time of year. Give yourself this opportunity to feel gratitude for your own well-being with these gentle, yet powerful processes that nurture your mind and body.
