A Restoration Practice: Sound Healing + Reiki

Join us the day after Thanksgiving to relax, unwind and settle in for an immersive experience of sound + healing to replenish, rejuvenate and counteract the frenzy of the holiday season that can often swirl around us. 

This beautiful workshop will be a 90 minute restorative practice that includes gentle yoga movements led by Becky, vibrational sound healing led by Jana and optional reiki energy healing administered by Olga. All three modalities are here to let your mind and body find acceptance and surrender. We can all feel a little overwhelmed with the outside world this time of year. Give yourself this opportunity to feel gratitude for your own well-being with these gentle, yet powerful processes that nurture your mind and body.

About your Instructors

Becky (she/her) will guide us through restorative yoga movements. She loves the intentionality we can find behind simply moving and breathing on our mats. She uses sequential movements to lead up to a peak pose or focuses on linking her intention to heart openers, hip openers, or other body awareness poses. She has a conversational way of teaching that strives to welcome us all to be accepting of where we are at physically/mentally on any given day.

Jana (she/her) will serenade us with a healing sound bath. She is a Reiki Master, Sound Therapist Akashic Records Practitioner, Manifestation Coach, Life Activator & Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She has lead yoga classes, sound healings and Manifestation workshops in both Chicago and LA for over 10 years. Jana has straddled both worlds of Corporate America and higher consciousness. She has first-hand knowledge and understands the pressures and demands of life and can deliver the tools to navigate these energies effectively and efficiently. Jana hosts a safe and calm space for individuals to reach their highest potential.

Olga (she/her) will provide energy healing in the form of reiki. She is an Energy Healer, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Yoga teacher-in-training. Her heartfelt mission is to help transform, uplift and empower others to listen to their intuition, embody their gifts, heal their pain, and live more fulfilled lives. Reiki changed her life, much like yoga had done years before. Both are sacred practices that can yield significant healing effects when linked together in practice, helping you learn to bridge the energetic and physical realms.
