108 Sun Salutes + Meditation + Reiki for New Years

Wildlight Yoga rings in the new year with meditation, spirit cleansing, & renewal. Join our Reiki Master + Yoga Teacher, Cassie Zehren, in a meditative practice of 108 sun salutations.

The practice will guide you through acknowledgement of the past year while helping you wipe the slate clean and prepare for a new period of abundant living. In this physically challenging class, you'll learn learn the symbolism and meaning of 108. Class will conclude with a guided meditation and Reiki. Cassie will assist you in setting your Sankalpa (resolution) for the New Year! Bring a friend to generate conscious and elevated energy together! Treat yourself & participate in this uplifting experience, you won’t regret it. 

Experience is necessary. Mats and props will be provided by Wildlight Yoga.
