What may feel metaphysical is, at its core, deeply physiological. Energy healing releases what talk and touch alone cannot reach.

FAQs
How do I book a session? All healing sessions can be booked online at wildlightyoga.com or by calling us at 773-729-6063. Select your service, choose your preferred date and time, and complete your booking with a credit card to reserve your spot.
When should I arrive for my massage? We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives you time to complete any intake paperwork, use the restroom, and settle in before your therapist begins. Arriving late may shorten your session time.
How do I cancel a scheduled session? We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule healing session. To cancel, visit wildlightyoga.com and login to your account, or call us at 773-729-6063.
What if I arrive late or miss my appointment? We understand that life happens. However, out of respect for our therapists and other guests, sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service rate. If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the full price of the service will be charged to your card on file.
