MENTORSHIP FOR NEW TEACHERS

A guided continuation for newly graduated teachers to deepen their practice, refine their instructional voice, and step fully into teaching multi-lineage, trauma-sensitive Hatha yoga as a lived path and vocation.

This mentorship extends the arc of your 200-hour training with structured guidance, focused study, and the steady support needed to move from student to teacher. Grounding in the principles of liberation, discipline, and embodied practice, this continued study strengthens the bridge between graduation and confident, skillful teaching.

Through individualized mentorship, continued sadhana, and intentional teaching practice, you will expand your technical skills, clarify your authentic voice, and learn to hold space with integrity and ease.

Here, we continue the work of becoming yogis who live with awareness, regulate our inner landscape, and move through the world with steadiness and purpose.

This is where teaching becomes an offering refined through consistency, accountability, and a supportive relationship with your mentor.

My overall experience with the training program was positive. The program was well rounded and covered a great depth of knowledge. The aspect of the program that stood out to me was that we were always encouraged to bring our experience and energy into teaching - not to copy someone else’s. The training has impacted my personal practice and teaching by allowing me to find my voice as a teacher and the capacity to share my gifts and hold space for others. The greatest insight for me that was particularly meaningful was the sequencing cue to draw out the shapes of the postures to see how the flow of the practice can be built. Additionally to draw on one of the many energetic practices we learned to develop the theme/heart of the practice.
