PAYMENT & REGISTRATION Pre-payment and pre-registration are required for all offerings — including group classes, workshops, trainings, events, and private healing sessions. A valid card on file is required for all online bookings. This supports our commitment to community care and ensures adherence to our cancellation and no-show policies. CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS FOR CLASSES You may reschedule or cancel your class reservation more than 12 hours before class begins without penalty by managing your schedule in the Fit by Wix app. REFUNDS & CREDITS All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchase, package, session, or service, for any reason.
