Winter Solstice Retreat

Join us for a half-day mini retreat at Wildlight Yoga to celebrate the winter solstice. Enjoy five hours of yoga, meditation, crafting, and ceremony with Wildlight team members and community. In the darkest day of the year, the studio will be aglow with candlelight, hot mugs of tea, and warm hearts.

Agenda:

• Opening ceremony and closing ceremony
• Incense-making workshop
• Yoga flow led by a Wildlight instructor
• Guided Yoga Nidra
• Intention-setting circle with special warming Solstice tea

• In-person only
• No experience required - come as you are
• Participants are encouraged to bring cozy, layered clothing, a journal, and altar objects. This is a lengthier offering, so participants are welcome to bring snacks. 
• No refunds or credits for any reason.
• Wildlight members receive 10% off.
• Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins.
