PAYMENT & REGISTRATION Pre-payment and pre-registration are required for all offeringsāincluding group classes, workshops, trainings, events, and private healing sessions. A valid card on file is required for all online bookings. This supports our commitment to community care and ensures adherence to our cancellation and no-show policies. CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS FOR CLASSES You may cancel your class reservation at any time before class begins without penalty by managing your schedule in the Fit by Wix app. No-shows will be charged the current price of a Drop-In class using the card on file. RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment through the Wildlight Fit by Wix App, your Wildlight account, or by contacting us directly. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will be considered a āno-showā and will result in a forfeited session. Your card on file may be charged the full value of the missed session. There are no exceptions. LATE ARRIVALS FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the time of the next client. If you arrive too late to begin a session, it will be considered a āno-show.ā You will be charged for the full session regardless of how much time remains. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time. IN THE EVENT OF ILLNESS If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. You will be granted one courtesy reschedule with no penalty. Communication after this window - or failure to notify us - will result in forfeiture of the session. EXPIRATION OF PURCHASE All packages and sessions must be used within one year of the purchase date unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions do not roll over or accrue beyond the expiration window. REFUNDS & CREDITS All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchase, package, session, or service, for any reason.
