Enrolling in a YTT program has been a dream of mine for nearly 20 years, and participating in Wildlight’s Hatha & Yin training was one of the best decisions I have made on my journey of personal & professional transformation.
I chose Wildlight’s training because I was drawn to both Kelli & Kate’s teaching styles, and the studio’s belief & values overall. Both facilitators are wise, compassionate teachers who embody their appreciation, understanding and respect for yogic teachings, while holding space for wonder, curiosity, new perspectives, and a little magic.

As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I especially appreciated the inclusion of the elements in the curriculum, as well as a deep focus on the subtle body, anatomy, physiology in addition to philosophy and asana. This program takes a truly embodied approach. We took our time asking questions in the spirit of learning– “Do I understand it, Can I feel it, Can I do it?” and this really helped me synthesize both concepts and postures in a lasting way.

Both facilitators poured their attention, energy, expertise, wisdom, and heart into every layer of this program, and it was an honor to be a part of. There was a lot of individual attention as well as group processing, and I left with the tools not only to lead a class, but to kickstart a career. I also felt empowered to continue on with my own self-study to build and grow upon the foundation we built in the training.

I highly recommend Wildlight Yoga’s YTT to anyone who wants to make a difference in their own personal and professional transformation! The program is rich in its depth and scope– to be a part of this program is to gift yourself a wealth of information and experience that will help you start your path as a yoga teacher, whatever that may look like.
-Olga Steele, AHC, RMP, CYT-200
My overall experience with the training program was positive. The program was well rounded and covered a great depth of knowledge. The aspect of the program that stood out to me was that we were always encouraged
to bring our experience and energy into teaching- not to copy someone else’s. The training has impacted my personal practice and teaching by allowing me to find my voice as a teacher and the capacity to share my gifts and hold space for others. The greatest insight for me that was particularly meaningful was the sequencing cue to draw out the shapes of the postures to see how the flow of the practice can be built. Additionally to draw on one of the many energetic practices we learned to develop the theme/heart of the practice.
