Yoga + Planting Seeds of Intention Workshop

Harness the inspiring energy of the spring season by planting seeds of intention! The spring equinox, also known as Ostara on the wheel of the year, is a time of new beginnings and rebirth. We will start with an intention-setting ritual by literally planting seeds - channel your intention into a flower, herb, or fruit seed and plant it into a cute little pot to take home with you. As your seed sprouts and grows, you can visualize your intention growing with it. Following the activity, we will transition into an all-levels yoga flow to energize and inspire!

About your instructor:

Lauren (she/they) is a 200hr RYT whose teaching style focuses heavily on intention and ritual. She is also a green thumb and a great go-to for plant-related guidance.
