Yoga + Live Music: Handpan

We are honored to have Rodrigo Bussad joining us to share his Handpan music during this 90 Minute Vin + Yin Class. 

Rodrigo's upbeat handpan will take us through a Vinyasa flow at the beginning of class to bring movement into the body. As his music slows we'll move into a Yin practice to wind it all down with the focus of releasing the grip of muscular and inner tension so you can be more spacious and receptive. Exploring what happens when you slowly release unnecessary habitual tension in the body and mind.

Please dress in layers, as your body temperature drops in the meditative states. Socks, long-sleeved shirts and full-length pants are recommended.
