In this workshop we aim to bring awareness around the Mother Wound and take steps forward in healing this wound within ourselves. Come if you wish to create a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationship with yourself and with others. The Mother Wound is a concept that has become deeply embedded within our culture and society that perpetuates patriarchal ideals that keep women stuck in unfulfilling life patterns. Break free from the wounding and heal yourself in this in-depth and reflective workshop.Â
This workshop will include a guided visualization, restorative yoga poses, journal prompts and a safe space for processing around this topic. Bring a journal and pen.
