New Moon Yin + Journaling

It may be a new year, but this is the New Moon. What better way to renew your promises to yourself, to return to the hopes and visions that you are calling into this new year and new time? This two hour yin practice is an opportunity to revise and revisit the intentions you've set out into the world and a chance to get clear about what you want and how you want them made manifest in the time to come.

A case in point: Dr. Kate wrote in her journal on Jan. 2, 2023: "I would like to save money to purchase a hybrid or electric vehicle in the near future." Little did she know that her reliable little car would fail catastrophically in February, not be repaired for nearly two months, and that she would purchase a hybrid vehicle with her household out of necessity and rental car exhaustion.…
