Lunar Eclipse Yin + Reiki

As another lunar eclipse and full moon draws near, join us for a heart-opening yin yoga practice designed to nourish the physical body, harmonize the emotions, and return yogis to the profound wisdom of their tender hearts. Who knows? We may even howl down the moon as we practice knowing what we feel in these creaturely shapes!  Much beloved Wildlight teacher Dr. Kate Lassiter will show you the path to embrace and protect the sacredness of your heart through yin yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and music. Yin yoga is a passive yoga that features moon qualities of stillness while stretching the fascia, ligaments, and joints while lunar eclipses draw our attention to our emotions and our most intimate relationships.
