Intro to Reiki + Energy Healing

Join us for a thorough introductory workshop on Reiki, the renowned ancient healing practice with roots in Japan.  Reiki uses soothing vibrations, usually generated from the hands, to release emotional + energetic blockages and relax the body. This proven and honored technique is a natural way to strengthen your immune system, lower stress levels, and relieve physical & emotional pain.

This experience is perfect for those who are interested in receiving energy healing, or simply want to learn more about the technique and how it works.  We’ll start by reviewing the history of the tradition, then teach you how to connect to your own “Ki” or life force energy.  You’ll activate your inner healer and be guided through a Reiki infused meditation and visualization that will help you connect to your subtle energy body, which houses the channels through which Reiki flows, healing, clearing & rebalancing your centers along the way.

About the Instructor: Olga is a 600 hour certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Yoga Teacher-in-training here at Wildlight. She is inspired by the inclusive, loving energy of nature and is excited by community, collaboration and creativity.
