Full Moon Yoga + Ritual

Full Moon Yoga + Ritual is a sacred gathering meeting monthly to release, manifest, and commune with the cycles of the moon. May 1st not only marks May Day//Beltane - but the full Flower Moon will also hit its peak 🌸🌕✨

Join us for May's Full Moon Yoga + Ritual for a Beltane celebration! Our altar and creation station will be inspired by the May pole, adorned with flowers, ribbons, and candles. Beltane is a celebration of the peak of spring, as the earth continues to wake up and bloom. Participants will create their own floral wreath or crown - all materials provided! We will close the evening with a bit of grounded restorative yoga, to connect to the earth and our intentions for the season ahead.
