Full Moon Yoga + Ritual

Full Moon Yoga + Ritual is a sacred gathering meeting monthly to release, manifest, and commune with the cycles of the moon.

March's full moon is called the "worm moon", representing the stirrings of life beneath the soil. Lauren will lead us through a combo Oracle + Tarot spread to connect to nature allies and reflect upon where we are headed as the earth prepares to awaken from winter's slumber. We will then enjoy a cozy Restorative yoga practice to relax and release.

We will also be experiencing a full lunar eclipse, also known as a "blood moon" in March, which can amplify the intense energy and heightened emotions that come along with the full moon. This gathering can be a beautiful container to feel held, to process in community, and to release intensity through gentle movement.
