Celebrate the Summer Solstice with spirit cleansing & renewal, through this meditative practice of 54 sun salutations.

Join vinyasa + meditation instructor Lauren in a meditative practice of 54 sun salutations at Montrose Beach.

We practice 108 Sun Salutations for the New Year, so 54 will mark our halfway point through the year. This is also a great opportunity to dip your toe if you are interested in joining us for 108, but want to test your stamina!

Lauren will guide the practice of 54 sun salutations with breaks for contemplation, observance, and meditation. Modifications and rest are most welcome. Class will conclude with community celebration - feel free to share potluck-picnic style, soak in the sunset, and get to know your fellow Wild Things!

Meet in the grassy area by "The Dock" at Montrose Beach. You are invited to bring a journal to reflect on your year thus far and set intentions or resolutions for the second half of 2024. Additional celebratory and ceremonial elements will be offered.
