108 Sun Salutes for New Years

The practice will guide you through acknowledgement of the past year while helping you wipe the slate clean and prepare for a new period of abundant living. In this physically challenging class, you'll learn learn the symbolism and meaning of 108. You will be assisted in setting your Sankalpa (resolution) for the New Year! Bring a friend to generate conscious and elevated energy together! Treat yourself & participate in this uplifting experience, you won’t regret it.
