Calling all adventurers, foodies, creatives, characters, and conscious beings seeking refuge! We'll journey into the heart of Panama to unplug, unwind, and unfurl in a seven day, six night excursion centered on yogic practices of asana, meditation, pranayama, journaling, a temescal ceremony, and a sound bath. We'll spend our time immersed in the harmony of nature in the tropical gardens of remote Santa Catalina with the ocean at our toes. The Hideaway boasts a saltwater infinity pool at the ocean's edge, a 1-acre freshwater pond with a resident crocodile, sand volleyball court, hammocks, an on-site bar & restaurant, a stargazing platform, and yoga deck. Twice daily yoga and meditation sessions will be offered each day and are always optional so you can attune to the needs of your body. Optional excursions include a snorkeling trip to Coiba National Park, surf lessons, stand-up paddle boarding, waterfall adventure, massages, floral baths, Tarot Reading, Egg Limpia, Shamanic Healing, Quantum Reiki, Spiritual counseling and dream interpretation.
