Yoga Camp

Wildlight Yoga is offering two days of postures, practice, and prop exploration with a little bit of metaphysical mayhem and mischief for good measure. Campers will embark on an asana adventure of learning, practicing, and fine-tuning 80 yoga postures complete with cue cards, partner practice, and an array of adjustments and modifications to personalize your practice for a studio class and at home.

Beginners, long-term students, & yoga teachers are all welcome!
