Intro to Shadow Work

Shadow work is the process of exploring the hidden aspects of ourselves that we tend to ignore or suppress. In this workshop, we will discuss ways to explore aspects of our inner selves to uncover deep-seated emotions, beliefs, and memories that may be influencing thoughts and behaviors. Embracing this process can lead to greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a more authentic and fulfilling life.

This workshop overlaps with Samhain and Scorpio season, to give us greatest access to the realm of shadows and spirit. Scorpio has two ruling planets: Mars, the planet of action and desire; and Pluto, the planet of transformation, rebirth, and the subconscious. Scorpios are known to be deep, dark, and perceptive. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and writing instrument.
