Full Moon Yoga + Ritual is a sacred gathering meeting monthly to release, manifest, and commune with the cycles of the moon.

Known as the Buck Moon, July's Full Moon carries many names across cultures and traditions and marks the time of year when deer begin growing new antlers in an extraordinary display of renewal. Before they become strong enough to withstand the changing seasons, antlers emerge covered in soft velvet, reminding us that our greatest growth often begins in vulnerability.

As summer settles in, the abundance of the season is maturing. The earth is lush, the days are warm, and life asks us move beyond dreaming and into becoming. What within you is quietly taking shape? What qualities are asking to be nurtured? What kind of strength are you growing?
