Found yoga through Wildlight at poignant point in my life; at a time when I needed to feel grounded and survey my soul. Music is part of who I am. I love everything about food: finding recipes, gathering ingredients at some ethnic market, and preparing a meal from scratch, finding a fabulous new restaurant...I am an occupational therapist serving children with disabilities at a nonprofit.
