Hello!! I'm a 25 year resident of Chicago, currently living in the Albany Park neighborhood. A former competitive volleyball player, I transitioned to yoga practice but have been away from it for the past 6 years (work, COVID, family drama, other terrible excuses). I'm SO eager and excited to find a welcoming community and make this a part of a healthy lifestyle once again! After following you in IG for the past few months, I'm impressed with the culture of positivity and inclusiveness that you all convey and seem to truly live/embody.

My goal is to not only improve my own strength and stamina (mental + emotional too!), but to hopefully bring a few amazing girlfriends of mine into this community as well. LFG!!! 🌞
