You may reschedule or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class start time without consequence using the Fit by Wix app or our website. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 minutes of the class start time will incur a $30 cancellation fee. No shows will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Students will not be permitted to schedule their next class until cancellation fees are paid. Late cancellations impact teachers and other students who may have wanted to attend, and this policy helps us honor everyone’s time and energy. Our policies exist to support consistency, sustainability, and care.

If you do not attend a class you’re registered for and do not cancel more than 5 minutes in advance, a $30 no-show fee will be charged. No-shows have an impact in a small, capped class environment, as they prevent others from accessing a spot and affect teacher compensation.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may still incur fees, even when circumstances are difficult. We can't always guarantee your spot in that case, but we understand that flexibility matters.
