FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
About WildlightClasses & RegistrationCancellations & No ShowsGetting StartedPreparing for PracticeGetting to ClassDuring ClassAfter ClassAppointmentsMembership
Do I need to pay ahead of time?
Yes. Pre-payment and registration are required for all classes, workshops, trainings, and events.
This helps us plan responsibly, compensate our teachers fairly, and create a predictable, well-supported experience for everyone. A valid card on file is required to complete your booking, even if you're using a friend pass. If you have questions about pricing, memberships, or which option might be the best fit for you, you’re always welcome to reach out!
Do I need to pre-register?
Yes. To maintain safety for our students and staff, all classes, workshops, events, and sessions require advance registration.
Pre-registering helps us prepare the space, support our teachers, and maintain a predictable, grounded environment for everyone. Registration closes shortly before class begins, and walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.
Please visit wildlightyoga.com/join and purchase a pass. If it is your first visit, you will be prompted to create an account. Once you have a valid pass on your account, you can login and book your classes at wildlightyoga.com/schedule or in the Fit by Wix app.
If you’re new and unsure what to sign up for, you can visit wildlightyoga.com/classes to read our class descriptions or you’re always welcome to reach out. We’re happy to help you choose a class that feels like a good fit.
When should I arrive for class?
Our doors unlock 15 minutes before class. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, use the restroom, make tea, and set up your mat. If you need assistance or have business to handle, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
What if I'm late?
To protect the continuity and safety of the space, late arrivals are not admitted once class has begun.
This isn’t meant to be punitive. We value inherent, internal safety for our entire community and strive to create a predictable, regulated environment where teachers and students can drop in without interruption.
If you’re running late, we invite you to care for yourself by resting or joining us another time.
What should I bring?
We have everything that you will need for your practice regarding props including: yoga mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, meditation cushions, and eye pillows.
You’re welcome to bring:
your own yoga mat
a water bottle
any personal props you love practicing with
You’re always welcome to bring layers, socks, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and at ease.
What should I wear?
There’s no “right” look here. Comfortable clothing you can stretch and relax in is perfect. Some students prefer form-fitting clothes, others prefer loose layers — both are welcome.
Please note that all students are expected to wear clothing cover their chests.
How full do classes get?
Class sizes are intentionally capped at 15 students during weekday classes and 20 students during weekend classes to support spaciousness, attention, and safety. Most classes fill gradually, and some reach capacity, especially on evenings and weekends.
Please register in advance if you have a specific class you’d like to attend.
Are classes heated?
No — Wildlight does not offer heated or hot yoga classes.
Our space is kept at a comfortable, ambient temperature to support nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and sustainable movement.
