You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that late arrivals will result in the appointment time being shortened accordingly.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you need to notify your practitioner at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments must be rescheduled as there is no ability to maintain a credit on your account. If you do not reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit the full amount of your appointment.
